    Great podcast Michele!

Francisco is one of the best bloggers and businessmen in the field of SEO and you can see it by the quality of his websites and the content he provides and shares on the web!

I will agree that if you want to start a business you need from the beginning to know your strategy and to have a plan for the next 6 or 12 months.

From my personal experience the key to success is to stick with a strategy that works and put all your effort on it. I’ve seen too many posts lately in too many categories about making money, strategies, traffic, SEO, etc… The information we have is huge but what is it that really will work for you or me?

Even if you’re an expert on SEO field or Traffic Generation, how many times you can write about it? If you want to talk about a specific topic isn’t it difficult to write something new which hasn’t being said already?

    • Michele Welch says:

Hmm…. You bring up a very valid point John. These days you pretty much can learn anything on the web. Although often times you get contradictory views.

That’s why I think (and this is only my opinion) is that people will eventually gravitate towards processes as oppose to stand alone information.

      We’ll see. ;-)

  2. DiTesco says:

WOW, Michele. Thanks again for the interview. I heard it from top to bottom and I have to admit that I learned a bit myself, LOL. Pretty long interview I must say and it appeared that it could have gone a bit further if you had let me :) Great though and I do hope that anyone who has the “time” to listen to it may find it useful…

BTW, I still have to improve quite a lot with this audio/video thing… :)

    • Michele Welch says:

Personally I think you did a fantastic job! Thanks again for taking the time out to do this… I truly appreciated it. You have a great system and I’m happy that you were willing to share it. :D

  3. Kalen says:

That is an awesome new project Michele! I just signed up and look forward to seeing how this site turns out. You have come up with a number of really interesting sites and if this is anything like WP Junkies then I will be glad to invest my time using it.

    • Michele says:

Thanks Kalen! I hope you like it. Would love your feedback if you should feel so inclined to give it. ;-)

  4. Michelle and Fransico,

Thanks for the great data! I was recently at a Tech show with over 50 “SEO” companies. I was so surprised at what they were promoting. You would think that SEO was a big mystery! It is good to hear you say that there are some basics to SEO that really work.

I left the show feeling so glad that I work on WordPress and can offer my clients a jump start with a site that is SEO friendly. It sure makes it much easier to get the job done.

Doing SEO for local businesses has been really fun! Had to learn Google Places.

    Sheila

    • Michele says:

Sounds like it was a great class Sheila. I think you tapped into a great niche with local businesses. It’s amazing how many businesses still don’t take advantage of online marketing.

Google places is great. Don’t forget sites such as Livingsocial.com and groupon.com. Many of these businesses are asking about these forms of marketing. Not sure if you are focusing on that as well. ;-)

      Ciao!

  5. Hesham says:

Wow, really good stuff Michele and DiTesco !

I have been working with DiTesco for a while now, one of the best friends I ever had, a real pro in his field, I have seen it closely!

Oh, and by the way, it’s great to know that there is still a lot of things to learn from him :)

    Good job!

    • Michele says:

I agree Hesham! DiTesco is a pro as are you. ;-)

It’s amazing what we can learn from each other. Thanks for stopping in. Always great hearing from you!
